Together you’ll explore your relationship with performance, pressure, identity, and competition. You’ll develop tools that are specific to you - your sport, your psychology, your goals. No cookie cutter programs. No one-size-fits-all approach.

A note on the work
There is no magic pill.
Micha will be the first to tell you that mental performance coaching isn’t a quick fix. The athletes who see the most meaningful change are the ones that show up consistently, do the uncomfortable work, and trust the process - even when progress feels slow.
This is why most of her clients work together for years, not weeks. Real, lasting change takes time. But if you’re willing to put in that time, the results will up show up everywhere - in competition, in practice, and in your life beyond sport.
